Water: 1/2... it might be a two but I just kept drinking more without counting.

Day 28

End of my cycle.

In the middle of my period so not going to weigh for a few days.

F-1/2 coffee, baked pita chips & hummos, fresh tomato sauce, ( a lot but all before 4:30pm and that's it.

E- 2/2 ballet, 30min elliptical, 10min bike, 100 situps

c- got a xmas tree! cleaning xmas & shopping

Also, i bought the ballerina tea today. feeling really bloated and disgusting after breaking my no carb month diet. drank it and a little scared of what tomorrow morning will bring. hoping for at least a good end result. anyone tried it before????

did alright today. had vegetarian sausage for breakfast and fish tacos with cabbage, pico de gallo and avocado for lunch/dinner. i was so full and i had it at 4 so i didn't want dinner. and i finally did more than i'm supposed to for exercise! i feel much better. didn't check my weight today cause i knew it'd be bad from yesterday. :( hopefully tomorrow i'll still be at 128. my short term goal is to be 124 by next sunday when my good friend comes home from college for the holidays. tomorrow, a bunch of us from my old high school yearbook staff are going to visit the new yearbook staff and the editor is bringing donuts. but i'm just bringing a huge tumbler of tea and testing my resistance. hope everyone's day was good, xx

Day 27

omg this is from yesterday and i have to make it quick or i'll be late for work. starting back to ballet officially now that i am more healed. it's been a months... of being injured and doing the 28 days. today is my 28th i can't believe it.
i have to confess yesterday was the hardest and i actually caved and had carbs for the first time. my body was getting used to the same boring nothing everyday and finally couldn't take it. i went to the store and got some baked pita chips and hummos and a wheat lean pocket. ugh pathetic. and my stomache feel like shit, not to mention i have my period. it's probably all tied together. today i'm fasting for my last day but i'm not really sure what kind to do.. just not eat? only water?? what are the choices. right now i'm having coffee and that's it until i figure it out. any suggestions. or any laxative suggestions. i never really do it but i'll be in a leotard on stage tomorrow and have to look amazing.

Ickle newbie : )

I truly like the idea of this community. I think it'll make me honest with myself. I'm vegan, and I generally aim for about 800 calories or lower if I'm eatting raw that day.

I'm going to make a few modifications to this for myself if thats okay...(1) I'm splitting my exercise into 1 point for 30 minutes of yoga, and another for 30 minutes of any other exercise. (2) Then the self esteem challenge is getting chopped! 1 point for the challenge and another for getting to bed on time! I have this awful tendency to stay up waaay too late, like 6am, which makes me eat and be all sleepy & useless the next day :( Bed before midnight is my goal!

I'm going home to visit my family and friends for the first time in years, and I want to be THIN and gorgeous!

i was 128 when i woke up this morning! :) but i'm afraid i may have blown it with today. i did absolutely awful :\ i had chipotle for lunch which may have quite a bit of calories but at least it's semi-healthy (lots of veggies) but then i also had some starbursts. i didn't eat anything more after that though, which made me feel a bit better. i'm hoping i won't gain too much cause of this because i'm finally getting close to my goal. 8 pounds, that's probably the closest i've ever been. i know i'll keep wanting to lose more, but 120 is my first landmark. anyway, hope everyone had a better day than myself. will be doing extra exercise tomorrow to make up for today! xx

Day One number two.

Okay so I started a couple days ago and did really well and then my mom was on to me and just about murdered me so I had to eat normal and not exercise, so I'm starting this again with a clean start cause I know I can do it properly. My mom isn't going to find out though cause she's gone now.
So here's Stats again ,
