  <description>Black Coffee 20&lt;br /&gt;Water Water Water 0&lt;br /&gt;Green Machine 170&lt;br /&gt;Vegan Burger 140&lt;br /&gt;Energy Drink 10&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;TOTAL= 340&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;BUTTTTT i worked out for 30 minutes today&lt;br /&gt;1. Ran a mile&lt;br /&gt;2. Did Squats&lt;br /&gt;           2 hip abductor machines&lt;br /&gt;and yeah one more thing i think but i can&apos;t remember&lt;br /&gt;YAYYY&lt;br /&gt;good day :)</description>

  <title>good day about food, bad day inside</title>

  <description>was with friends all day&lt;br /&gt;only had black coffee, water, sugar free rockstar, 2 pieces of veggie sushi, a few fries and sips of  a milkshake(because of friends telling me i wasn&apos;t eating)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i&apos;m really exhausted though&lt;br /&gt;and my friend kind of annoys me&lt;br /&gt;she&apos;s a new friend but......maybe it&apos;s just cause i&apos;m so tired&lt;br /&gt;i mean i had fun all day&lt;br /&gt;but this depression and anxiety is really taking a toll&lt;br /&gt;i can&apos;t wait to start my new school and get meds from &lt;br /&gt;my therapist&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;crying so much&lt;br /&gt;and panic attacks such</description>

  <description>So I was going to do a fast and I started out really well&lt;br /&gt;I only drank water and a cup of coffee black&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Then came 6 o clock and we had this ceremony for my dad&lt;br /&gt;and a reception thing after with a few close friends&lt;br /&gt;and I had 10 thin cracker 8 pieces of tuna and cucumber sushi&lt;br /&gt;and some grapes&lt;br /&gt;NOT TERRIBLE&lt;br /&gt;considering I&apos;ve been eating horribly&lt;br /&gt;but still&lt;br /&gt;it&apos;s just hard with so many ppl around watching you</description>

  <description>Today I am starting a fast.&lt;br /&gt;I&apos;m not running today though, because I&apos;ve been running every day&lt;br /&gt;and I need to learn self control first.&lt;br /&gt;Otherwise, I will run and then be starving and eat.&lt;br /&gt;Anyway, I know I can do this.   <title>So I am back</title>

  <description>The last 5 months of my life have been hell.&lt;br /&gt;I have gained about 10 pounds.&lt;br /&gt;I fluctuate from 115 to 120.&lt;br /&gt;I look gross, and school is starting.&lt;br /&gt;What happened to 103 to 108?&lt;br /&gt;Part of it is, my dad died in June and I ate out of depression this whole summer.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;BUT NO MORE&lt;br /&gt;I am back and am ready for a new start!&lt;br /&gt;15 pounds in 40 days&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Posting every day will be my new way!</description>
