good day about food, bad day inside

was with friends all day
only had black coffee, water, sugar free rockstar, 2 pieces of veggie sushi, a few fries and sips of a milkshake(because of friends telling me i wasn't eating)



i'm really exhausted though
and my friend kind of annoys me
she's a new friend but......maybe it's just cause i'm so tired
i mean i had fun all day
but this depression and anxiety is really taking a toll
i can't wait to start my new school and get meds from
my therapist

crying so much
and panic attacks such

self control is soo hard to re gain once you've let yourself do whatever

First Day

So I was going to do a fast and I started out really well
I only drank water and a cup of coffee black




Then came 6 o clock and we had this ceremony for my dad
and a reception thing after with a few close friends
and I had 10 thin cracker 8 pieces of tuna and cucumber sushi
and some grapes
NOT TERRIBLE
considering I've been eating horribly
but still
it's just hard with so many ppl around watching you

Day 1

Today I am starting a fast.
I'm not running today though, because I've been running every day
and I need to learn self control first.
Otherwise, I will run and then be starving and eat.
Anyway, I know I can do this. I used to do it all the time.
Whew. Good luck to everyone else!
Hope your summer goals are being reached.

So I am back

The last 5 months of my life have been hell.
I have gained about 10 pounds.
I fluctuate from 115 to 120.
I look gross, and school is starting.
What happened to 103 to 108?
Part of it is, my dad died in June and I ate out of depression this whole summer.



BUT NO MORE
I am back and am ready for a new start!
15 pounds in 40 days

Posting every day will be my new way!
